The Lawyer will not provide personal information to third parties unless the Lawyer has the prior consent of the individual in question or unless permitted by law

In order to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information, the Lawyer will take necessary and appropriate measures, and will manage personal information appropriately.
5. Requests for disclosure, correction, etc. of personal information
If the Lawyer receives a request from a client, etc. for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, notification of purpose of use, etc. of personal information, the Lawyer will respond to the request in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, after confirming that the person making the request is the client, etc. in question. Please note that if the request does not meet the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Act, or if there are grounds for refusing disclosure, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the Lawyer may not be able to comply with the request.
